Start with your own debt, monthly income, living expenses, and interest rate. Every month you receive three new deals. Buy one of them or skip the month, then watch your loans, savings, and monthly cash flow change.

Every Deal Has a Consequence

A house, a used car, a small business, old equipment, a collectible, or a suspiciously complete tool set can become an asset or another expensive problem.

Every purchase has its own price, annual interest rate, monthly result, and remaining credit balance. A low price does not always mean a good deal.

How to Play

1. Choose your starting debt, monthly income, living expenses, and interest rate.
2. Review three randomly selected offers.
3. Buy one offer or skip the month.
4. Track your debt, savings, credit limit, and monthly cash flow.
5. Build a collection of assets while avoiding unnecessary liabilities.
6. Reduce your total debt to zero.

Your Collection

Every purchase remains in your collection. You can review its original price, interest rate, remaining loan, purchase month, and financial result.

The collection also shows what percentage of your purchases are assets and whether the entire portfolio produces a positive or negative monthly result.

Controls

• Mouse: select cards and use interface controls.
• Buy: purchase the selected offer using your credit limit.
• Skip: reject the current offers and advance one month.
• Mouse wheel, swipe, or arrows: browse your purchase collection.
• Restart: erase the current run after confirmation and return to the starting setup.

Can You Become Debt-Free?

Your objective is simple: reduce the total debt to zero. Getting there is not.

Buy carefully, watch the interest, protect your monthly budget, and remember: the seller always says it is a good investment.
